Punch Design were engaged to deliver a budget-conscious speculative suite that doesn’t compromise on style. The goal: to create a sophisticated, high-end aesthetic while remaining accessible and adaptable for future tenants.

Inspired by the surrounding treetop views, the design palette blends rich, nature-inspired tones with warm neutrals—crafting a space that feels both welcoming and refined. This thoughtful combination ensures the suite can easily reflect a new tenant’s branding and identity.

Elegant timber panelling and a statement kitchen with bold design elements serve as focal points, adding character and warmth. An open-plan workspace, bathed in natural light, is grounded by textured flooring and complemented by integrated breakout zones—ideal for both collaboration and quiet focus.

Striking a careful balance between functionality and contemporary design, this space was created with people at its heart.
