Punch Design have been working with Simik Projects on the design and documentation of various Speculative Suites within 293 Queen Street for LaSalle.

The scope of these projects varies: from design and documentation of new suites; to the adjustment of existing suites to suit new tenant’s requirements; as well as the creation of stand alone 3D views for a prospective new tenant to showcase a tailored design solution to meet with their requirements.

There is an overall cohesive connection between the design language of all suites.
